Game Development & Writing


  • Designed, implemented, and published multiple projects using different game engines.
  • Published multiple entries for Hearthstone & Diablo 3 flavor texts.
  • Designed, published and ran Pen-And-Paper campaigns in multiple systems & themes.
  • Developed tools for the localization department, including QA tools and pipelines.

Game & Technical Design

Game Engines:

These are some of the game engines I’ve worked on to develop multiple projects.

  • Unity (C# scripting & prototyping)
  • Unreal (C++/Blueprint scripting & prototyping)
  • Starcraft 2 Galaxy (Scripting, Modding, Mission Design)

Example – Barrel Blast (blog post)

A Unity game done during a Game Jam session

  • Puzzle design & gameplay engineering
  • Project planned and executed in 48 hours with a team of 5 people
  • Simple concept and experimental execution

Example – Terran Interceptor (blog post)

An SC2 Galaxy map, developed with feedback from members of the SC2 dev team, featuring:

  • Custom physics engine
  • Tutorial instructions
  • Cutscenes
  • Encounters


Programming Languages:

These are some of the programming languages I’ve used to create tools & other projects.

  • C++ (Unreal engine implementations)
  • C# (WinForms, WPF, .Net)
  • LUA
  • Python

Example – StarCraft Remastered Localization Pipeline

C# implementation of the localization pipeline, including audio analysis and compression, source resource creation (TBL, HTML) & custom file type string and parameter injection (CHK). Used by Classic Games development team to create StarCraft Remastered production builds.

Game Writing

Hearthstone Flavor Text

Worked with Team 5 designers to produce flavor text for several card sets.

Diablo 3 Flavor Text

Worked with Brian Kindegran to create the flavor text for several items in patch 2.4.

An SC2 Galaxy map featuring:


An RPG campaign published in the Heavy Gear fanzine, including:

  • Fully fleshed-out Sci-fi setting
  • Encounters
  • NPCs
  • Items


The Prometheus Cycle (fiction)

A short Scifi story that was published by Axolotl magazine after winning its yearly Sci-fi short story contest. You can find it here.
